HR Specialist

Drake Business Services Asia Philippines Inc. is looking for an HR Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of HR services, specifically recruitment and onboarding, and employee relations, in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist
• Preferably with experience in offshore recruitment
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, structured, and attentive to details
• Effective dealing with people in various levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Effective in managing workload to meet conflicting deadlines and priorities and handling multiple assignments in a demanding environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications and other technologies
• Willing to work a midshift schedule

Key accountabilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Source and screen potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
• Interview candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person
• Process pre-employment requirements
• Conduct new employee orientation

Employee Relations – Discipline

• Manage employees’ compliance with company policies
• Monitor and record employee policy violations
• Prepare and serve show-cause notice, notice of corrective action, and other HR documents needed
